Will my Jewelry tarnish?
We use high quality base metal and AAA grade cubic zirconia stones in our fashion jewelry items. Our jewelry will not tarnish if taken care of properly. It will not turn your skin green or black as is the case when low quality materials are used. We do not use Nickel or Lead.
Do you use real diamonds?
We use cubic zirconia. The stones are as brilliant as diamonds but much more affordable. Note that naturally sourced diamonds cost well over $2k.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
It is a good idea to wear your cubic zirconia stones with caution and take them off when doing activities such as gardening, laundry, cleaning and bathing.
Chemicals and soaps will leave a residue on these stones, causing them to become dull quickly.
Avoid using lotion, hairspray, makeup, powders and cleaning agents while wearing your cubic zirconia jewelry.
How do I clean my jewelry?
A good way to clean your cubic zirconia is to use a small soft brush and hot soapy water to remove dirt. Rinse it in warm water and pat dry with a clean cloth. This will restore the cubic zirconia stone to its natural shine and clarity. Cleaning should be done every few weeks to maintain the maximum appeal of the stone.
How do I change my shipping address for my order?
We recommend contacting us as soon as you are aware of a change in your address. We are very fast in processing and packing orders, which means that in some cases, no changes can be made. If your item is sent to the wrong address, please contact your local postal service to organise a re-delivery.

How do I cancel my order?
We are really fast at processing and packing your order that so often its too late to cancel your order. If you want to cancel your order, please send us a request to email@example.com to have your order cancelled, if it has not being processed, packed, and shipped out for delivery. If it's too late to cancel your order, you may be able to return the item in exchange for store credits.
What do I do if I'm having trouble with my payment method?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. If your payment is declined, this is a decision that is made by your cardholder. This could be due to a number of reasons including incorrect card number, expiry date, account balance or even spending habits. Please contact your bank to find out exactly why your payment was declined. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal. We do not accept payments by cashapp.
My order arrived incomplete or damaged, what do I do?
Okay, first off, relax. Most damages occur during transit. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via messenger using the icon at the bottom right. Tell us what you ordered, and your order number and we will swiftly help you out.
How long does it take to receive my package?
The shipping/ delivery time varies depending on your location. Your order is shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Keep in mind that orders are only dispatched Monday-Friday. Therefore, if you placed your order during the weekend, it is only dispatched at the next working day.
Our standard delivery times are as follows:
US, Canada, and Australia: 7-14 days
Rest of the World: 15-20 days

Why did I not receive my tracking information?
Standard shipping may not include tracking information as stated on our shipping policy. However, if you paid for expedited shipping and have not received your tracking information, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Yes! We currently offer free shipping to any destination worldwide.
Where are your products shipped from?
Navinee is proudly Canadian. We ship from Canada to serve our North American customers, and from our warehouse in China for the rest of the world. Having two warehouse locations allows us to provide world wide shipping. Your product will likely be shipped from the most convenient location, and will also depend on the amount of stock available at both of our locations.
